After finishing his baseball career at Texas Tech, Jason played a pivotal role in transforming Starbucks’ supply chain through a joint venture, implementing strategies that boosted efficiency and reduced costs, ultimately earning Starbucks a spot as the #10 supply chain in the world.
Jason’s track record includes scaling companies by over 250%, securing $200M in capital through a robust investor network, and driving the development of innovative technical platforms. As EVP of Sales and Operations at XPO Logistics, he managed a $750M P&L and led the acquisition of over 300 companies through M&A. In his role as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Inditex, Jason oversaw initiatives that propelled it to the #1 global supply chain, including growing Zara.com’s revenue to $3 billion and launching cutting-edge facilities like “The Cube.”
Now based in Dallas/Ft Worth with his wife and two sons, Jason is focused on driving Logic’s revenue growth and leading the company's next phase of data mesh innovation.
