Items originating from manufacturing facilities or arriving as containerized cargo from port are transferred to staging areas where they are sorted, consolidated onto Logic Pallets, and stored until the outbound shipment is ready to depart. Logic Pallets self load on outbound vehicles and the journey begins.

Cross Docking

Deconsolidation
Logic Pallets end their journey at deconsolidation facilities where items are de-palletized and loaded onto smaller vehicles or cases broken down for single item picking. Then Logic Pallets can be autonomously stacked and returned to the beginning of the supply chain for another mission.
